Preeti Ahuja, Founder
Preeti Ahuja founded EmpowerYou with a vision to empower organiSations by unlocking human potential, fostering inclusive cultures, and shaping transformative leaders for driving sustainable growth and positive change.
She has extensive experience aligning people programs to business strategy and driving large-scale business transformations. She has held Senior HR Leadership roles at several companies, including Atlas Copco Group, Alfa Laval, Peak AI, Lear Automotive and Larsen and Toubro. She is a leader in promoting mental health awareness and eliminating stigma, and is passionate about using data and analytics to drive HR and business advancements.
